Cynthia Culp Allen

Cynthia Culp Allen lives in northern California with her husband, Charles, an elementary school superintendent, their two school-aged sons, and a Cocker Spaniel named Spike. Married June 23, 1973, the Allens have five children: co-author Charity Winters, a TV hostess who lives in west L.A. with her husband, Kelvin; son Chad, a U.S. Naval Academy grad and Navy pilot, living in Jacksonville, Florida, with his wife, Erica; daughter Carly, a pre-med college student and youth worker in southern California; high school athlete Caleb, lead vocalist and guitarist in his Christian rock band, As Eternity Waits; and 12-year-old Christian, their miracle baby (to read his story, click on "Christian's Miracle").
